Every single smashburger we make is sacred. That means treating everything that goes into them with the same reverence. It takes faith in the craft to have faith in the results.
THE BURGERS
We believe a simpler burger is a better burger. We use only premium cuts of 100% Canadian beef with nothing added but salt.
Our beef has never met a freezer. We smash the patties fresh and sear them on a flat top griddle. Oh, and all our burgers are cooked to order, which means your burger is yours, and yours alone.
THE TOPPINGS
A burger is only as pure as its toppings, so we like to keep ours just as fresh as our beef. We use only the freshest lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mushrooms, and onions. That goes for everything on our secret menu too, but you didn’t hear that from us.
THE FRIES
Our fries are always made from Russet potatoes. The Russet is a miracle of consistency. Its constant size and shape allow it to cook evenly, and its great balance of starch and sugar make for a crispier fry. We slice them, fry them, and for the best taste and crispiness, fry them one more time.
